Avantages

It’s a cool-ish job but the flexibility does not out weigh the cons

Inconvénients

Low pay, lots of work expected, compensation was not explained well and not good. They also changed the bonus structure halfway through the year.

Goosehead offers a supportive work environment with plenty of upward mobility. I started my career here about 4 years ago and have had the opportunity to develop 20+ agents and help launch expansion offices.
