      Avantages

      The firm is experiencing huge growth and climbing the AmLaw rankings. Great people. Attorney flexibility with work from home option is great benefit. Great people.

      Inconvénients

      Salary lags behind peer firms. Compensation is highly subjective and blackbox and you have to advocate for yourself. Quality of support staff varies.

      Avantages

      Respected firm, objective bonus is nice on top of discretionary bonuses.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of bureaucracy and the help that's promised is rarely actually available.

      Avantages

      The Minneapolis office is a growing office with great opportunities for associates to get hands on involvement with depositions, motion practice and trials. I found my supervising partner to be a great mentor and person. She cared about me as a person and lawyer. I loved my time at Gordon Rees, but left for increased compensation.

      Inconvénients

      Less than market pay. Senior associate laterals who were cliquey and sophomoric.
