Not only is his personal information on the daily calendar but he has to the the alpha dog when around women. Sound crazy? Well you couldnt make this stuff up. Sends emails to attractive govt employees while at a conference that state "Hi from behind you". Not sure his wife would approve... Then proceeds to berate his employee for talking to that Federal employee who happens to be a decision maker. Only to be told she isnt important focus on the others (men) at the conference. When in fact all were equally worked. Additionally, GCIO wants your contacts in Salesforce and introductions then you are no longer needed. This was done once a certain area of a govt entity was introduced. 2 trips were planned and 1 completed. Not to mention a $25K annual raise was coming due within the next pay period. Makes you scratch your head? Again can’t make it up. Weekly Friday reports are such a joy to add to the already joyous culture. This is also per the CEO to go with the rest of his fantastic characteristics.
