      Manager used you do extra things and not up your pay. Working hours the same as a full timer Pay is really not worth it to the amount of work we do

      Áp lực cao: Deadline gấp, tốc độ làm việc nhanh, dễ stress. Work-life balance không ổn định: Một số team có thể phải OT nhiều. Quy trình thay đổi liên tục: Có thể gây khó thích nghi nếu thích sự ổn định.
