      Avantages

      Flexible hours, good selection of food in the kitchen. Good work environment, employees are free to voice their opinion.

      Inconvénients

      Pay does not reflect current work experience and education. As the company grows, we are becoming less like a startup. This has its pros and cons. One con is that its more difficult to build products swiftly and make decisions quickly.

      I would like to clarify that this reviewer was not a developer, nor did he have the experience or education to become one at the time of his review. But, because he worked closely with the development department, and development was an area he was interested in pursuing, he was given opportunities to take on tasks in that arena. Unfortunately, this prospect was seen inversely by the employee, and he is not longer with us. We strive to pay competitive wages, apply our employees' abilities the best we can, and to give them the freedom required to do so. We realize this situation does not work well for everyone, but for those who share our mission and core values, we have an awesome organization full of amazing opportunities!

      Avantages

      Gradelink has been one of the best places I have ever worked. We provide high-quality services to our clients. The company treats us well and provides an excellent benefits package. My workload and stress level are certainly manageable. I've been learning new things as long as I've worked here, and we routinely try new methods and tools to grow the company and improve our services. The challenge of competing in a dynamic SAAS market keeps our work engaging, and I enjoy being part of a dedicated team.

      Inconvénients

      Working in the tech industry can be stressful at times when problems pop up unexpectedly. Thankfully, we have the people and resources to work through them.
