Big name in the UK - that is about it

Inconvénients

Acquired an annual $10mil Autodesk reseller and destroyed it in less than two years. All the managing partners either left or were fired. The employees all got frustrated and quit. Most importantly, the customers experienced a huge decline in service and care and are all starting to leave too. Extremely novice management - just concerned about EIBDA (profits) - say they are innovators but have not created any new products in over a decade - too focused on structural engineering and not the rest of the building industry - they talk out of both sides of their mouths - everything is 'on the roadmap' but in two years of being there, the roadmap never changed...stay clear of this company if you want to have a rewarding sales career!!

Avantages

Absolutely love it. Great benefits, super talented team and you have a pool of experts to learn from. If you are not learning from the job you can always find resources to learn. Also great work life balance as long as you speak up and say you are overworked and they give you less.

Flexible hours. Lots of opportunities to sell and grow

Inconvénients

Sales targets keep doubling every year. Seems almost unlikely to continuously even hit your targets. Once you do a great year your next year targets are increased even more.
