      Avantages

      Good money if you work 65+ hours a week

      Inconvénients

      On call 8am-8pm 24/6 driving all across NJ for appointments with under 2 hour notice with no reimbursement for tolls or gas. 80% turnover rate and only 1/12 reps are hitting quota. No base pay and you don’t start making commission until 2.5 months in. Losing more money day by day

      The company is growing and has great core values. There is a lot of growth opportunity as well as great earning potential.

      Inconvénients

      Like any sales career/job there are ups and downs, but the company and management offers training and guidance to help through those ups/downs and to help everyone succeed

      pay is low and even if you reach management you still don’t make money they fire people on a whim
