Avantages
The overall culture at GrowFlow is awesome. The Core Values are awesome and adopted by most employees. Flexible work hours and independent work style. Excellent tools and focus on employee enablement. Generous amount of paid holidays.
Inconvénients
Sales leadership is hostile, vulgar, inflammatory, and volatile. Poor communication and unclear expectations from sales management. The 90-day probationary period means they can let you go without paying commissions for deals closed. Felt taken advantage of after building a significant pipeline in a new market.
