Avantages
I have seen a lot of changes over the last 3 ish years and I think they are in the right direction. The company was in disarray for awhile and now it feels like there is a vision and a direction that makes it a better place to work. I think the structural changes have been hard on many people as we lost some great people, but cutting costs means this will happen. The processes are getting better, the focus on creative direction and platform innovation is really exciting. teams are more cohesive. I think this slimmed down version of the company has a much better chance to win in the marketplace and the emphasis on going after big global enterprises and pushing a better quality of work is pretty exciting. Talk about moving into Asia and South American seems smart as well. Great people who are super serious about making this work.
Inconvénients
We do get a little tired of hearing from e-staff and the CEO how we're in a great position as a company as we already know that. The all-hands and other team meetings can feel repetitive. There have been a series of layoffs of great people which hurt morale, maybe still. Salaries are so-so.
