      Avantages

      Amazing work environment and very highly competitive salary. The new VP is fair and unlike the previous VP who left. You get acknowledged for good work and there is great scope for growth if your performance is good. Great incentive structure as well and amazing opportunity to work with major consulting clients

      Inconvénients

      Initial growth might be slow depending on the team that you're in but everyone is given a fair shot and judged basis their ability to complete tasks and their effort shown in the work.

      the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

      Inconvénients

      Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
