Avantages

Best boss, supervisors, and coworkers I’ve ever had. Great benefits (unlimited PTO, excellent insurance, etc) and flexible schedule.

Inconvénients

Cold calling customers takes a toll on you. The pay is low.

Some pros consisted of being Remote,incentives, etc

The pay would be the top con, repetitive work. Micromanaging here and there.
