      People and working environment is good such as tech leads, and software engineers

      Inconvénients

      No Work from home Less Salary Increments(Evaluation process very slow) Old technology projects. No Promotions for a long time Software Developers force to sit Microsoft exams for company needs and if them fail, company cut the amount of the Exam Fee from the relevant developer salary. Even Collect money from the employees for the New year food table. No Project Managers to manage projects No Industry Good Practices Management behave like old school principal.
