      Avantages

      Big service companies like HCL have many client contracts and a large workforce. Even if one project ends, there are often other projects to move to. So layoffs tend to be less frequent compared to small startups

      Inconvénients

      Hikes are often below industry average (5–8% per year, sometimes even less). You might get stuck at the same pay scale for years unless you switch projects or companies. Promotions take time and depend heavily on internal politics and manager feedback

      Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.

      It was a job. Pros??? None

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
