      Dynamic atmosphere,healthy co-ordination with the employees,employee friendly..

      Inconvénients

      At first in first 1 or 2 odd year salary hiking will not go to up to the mark and it has a reason too.You have to stay here for yourself,for your knowledge and 1 or 2 years are not enough for those.
