      Avantages

      pros: if you join as a manager HCL is a good company . i dont see any other advantages.

      Inconvénients

      HCL does not care for the employee who are below to manager level. employees are not encouraged. if they work hard also they will not be appreciated. not good hike. lot of politics involve in promotion. dont get that what they do at the time of normalization (employee getting a highest rating in appraisal will get lowest after normalization) overall 1/5

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      Inconvénients

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
