      HCL is very good company to work .Very good infra structure. Growth depends on Project and all other factors.

      Inconvénients

      Support and encouragement should be given to own employees both monetarily and knowledge wise before hiring professionals from outside.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
