      You get introduced to technology world & process. Since it's a huge organization so will get opportunity to meet different skilled minds with thoughts and vision to think out of the box

      Inconvénients

      Huge organization so getting your name out of the blue is quite tough until you are getting along with project managers. Wont negotiate on salary part. You will get 5% even if your performance is consistently 10/10
