Some managers don’t care if employees have the learning opportunities. All they care is their projects. 3. Lots of work 4. Some managers like employees to prioritize their project first, but they don’t review the work until last minutes.

      The SALT service line of this firm is a joke, they don't have simple tools to support the tax preparers on the team. The management is disorganized and they will blame you for their own disfunction. There is a partner who thinks that the best way to use their status in the team is to get people fired
