More concerned about showing profitability than taking care of the customer - stopped pretending to balance the two years ago. Senior leadership is 100% committed to themselves and no one else. The company’s moral compass is completely lost. And lastly, they’ve specialized for years now at reducing staffing levels without properly forecasting how that impacts the customer and the services they require us to perform in order to use a shotty product.
