      - very smart group of individuals to learn from - company truly cares about its employees and customers - 5-6 Weeks off with pay is very good for small company - offer very good benefits - cool office - love the massage chair

      Inconvénients

      - they prefer in office work for all admin staff , but can be flexible sometimes - they use the EOS operating system - Everyone is accountable, good and bad

      Avantages

      A good group of people , really care about helping their customers and also very fair to staff, no micromanagement, open and willing to listen to staff and suggestions, nice office environment

      Inconvénients

      Could use some more structured training , a lot of what was learned was taught while actually doing the job Otherwise great company
