      Avantages

      Flexibility with limited oversight. Compensation.

      Inconvénients

      Has to be one the most toxic work environments imaginable. CEO and exec management are dishonest and self serving. Exec leadership team lives in Philadelphia, Florida, Vail, Indianapolis, rural SE Minnesota, South Carolina, and Minneapolis, with only two living in Denver (where they are moving HQ). Execs are short timers milking the company until they can sell and get their change in control.

      Avantages

      Pay is good and you have good co-workers. But that is all.

      Inconvénients

      The policys are impossible to work with, the way they do things takes way to long and is very complicated. They have not updated their systems or the way of doing things since 2005, so they are very behind the times. They over work their emplyees and don't listen when they speak up. Or they try to shut them up.
