      Inconvénients

      Top-down toxic work culture; Rewards bullying behavior; Lacks wishtleblowing and employee safety policies; Company built on the back of Middle East employees, laid them all off when they were no longer needed; Laid off a Black woman during her maternity leave, on Black History Month (as well as ~80% of its Black workforce)
