      Avantages

      Excellent manager. Very organised and helpful. Nice atmosphere to work in. Hallmark supply excellent products but we had scope to research and buy items and ranges we thought would be good sellers.

      Inconvénients

      It could be quite stressful during busy holiday seasons, but if the manager is like mine was - organised and prepared - it's enjoyable and rewarding.

      Avantages

      Great company and great people! Very thorough training program.

      Inconvénients

      It can be hard work! Some stores don't have deliveries where they're suppose to be and you have to go searching. You have an allotted amount time to spend at each store.

      When the manager was gone it was a very chill place to work.

      Inconvénients

      The store manager had a click and was too focused on what order you presented the option to sign up for a crown rewards membership. the manager also thought she was slick soclding an employee infront of customers and clearly suspecting another of theft
