      Avantages

      I have looked forward to working for an organization like Harmony Program for a very long time, and after being with the organization for just three months, it has surpassed my expectations. The staff and teachers are wonderful to work with, and the students and families are incredibly inspiring. While I enjoy my administrative tasks in the office, the best part of my job is visiting our sites (mostly NYC public schools where we run our after-school programming) and witnessing the effects of our work.

      Avantages

      I have greatly enjoyed my time working at Harmony Program. The company focuses on excellence, encouraging students to challenge themselves, and opening doors for musical opportunities that they may never have dreamed of prior to joining Harmony. By committing to the program, students see musical success as well as academic achievement and social growth. The Executive Director leads with vision, expertise, and creativity, creating a culture of innovation and advancement. She inspires the team to "think big" organizationally, and to realize our professional goals.

      Inconvénients

      None. Harmony Program is all-around a terrific place to work. The leadership, staff and faculty are wonderful colleagues, and the students are the heart and soul of our work. I feel lucky to be part of this community.
