      Avantages

      - Phenomenal people to work with, CEO is a great understanding and supportive individual - The fashion industry us so much fun -The manufacturing of garments is very European. - Great culture -Great mission and vision - Great sales atmosphere. - Company spends wisely in good marketing and branding -Drew Jones (owner) is a great fashion advocate and a great gentleman.

      Inconvénients

      - They do not have a clear picture of how to compensate employees. most hires come in under 1099. - No benefits - The company does not have a clear picture of who they are. At times it seems to be a copy of J Hillburn concept which hires well connected females to make some extra income as 1099.

      Avantages

      This company has so much to offer professionals looking for a career filled with networking, hosting so many events, and truly changing the way men dress and their idea of custom (for the better). I love the ability to have a creative outlet in my workplace even so early on in my career and it actually matter. So many fun events, work trips, and experiences that are never ending and part of the culture here. Leadership will MAKE IT HAPPEN for you and that is almost the most rewarding fact about this company, they take care of their people.

      Inconvénients

      Everything is so fast-paced BUT the leadership/mentors are always so helpful and understanding to help in any way they can and always willing to walk you through it.
