      Good pay, bonus twice a year, close to home

      Inconvénients

      very old equipment. The work is not distributed fairly. Top productive switcher get most of the work.

      Avantages

      department managers are great. Good people to work with. You may get moved around from store to store, not great if you have to open. The scheduling is a favorites game, so work hard and do your job.

      Inconvénients

      you can get moved around a lot. your shift isn't always going to be the same.
