      Its not what you know, but who you know. The bonus and salary's are not fair. High turnover, as no proper career progression

      Avantages

      Nice kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, snacks etc.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic manager would yell at all his subordinates every single day. And you can't go to HR because everyone is so used to this kind of behavior. Management is aware but ignore the abuse. Don't recommend working here at all
