      Inconvénients

      - Bad management - They don't value you the way you are worth, e.g. if you are worth 10, they will offer you 5, if you agree to that, then take it, if you don't agree, they will raise a bit. At the and of the day, you have to know your value and ask them for that. In other word, they are not fair enough - Uncritical management - NOT FAIR

      Avantages

      Rekan-rekan kerjanya sangat baik, ramah, dan tidak ada senioritas. Workload yang diberikan layaknya seorang profesional consultant. Cocok untuk memperdalam Ilmu spiritual ERP

      Inconvénients

      Gaji seadanya tapi pekerjaan layaknya consultant profesional. Kontrak selama 3 tahun dan tidak boleh keluar begitu saja. Akan kena penalty

      Avantages

      - friendly co-worker (dev only)

      Inconvénients

      - Very high pressure with not so good compensation. - Messy workflow. - They hire a mid-level devs but expect them to perform like seniors with salary of a mid-level devs. If you don't perform as they expect you to be, they will subjectively give you SP. - Bad communications across different teams.
