      Avantages

      I've been working here for more than five years, and it's very fulfilling to see the company's immense growth. You will actually work (I mean work work in a good sense) and think outside the box. I love the culture here in which we operate with efficiency in mind and are pushed forward. If one strategy doesn't work, you will have to think of another 100 ways to make it work. The challenges keep you growing.

      Inconvénients

      No company is perfect, but every cons is still tolerable.

      Avantages

      Rekan-rekan kerjanya sangat baik, ramah, dan tidak ada senioritas. Workload yang diberikan layaknya seorang profesional consultant. Cocok untuk memperdalam Ilmu spiritual ERP

      Inconvénients

      Gaji seadanya tapi pekerjaan layaknya consultant profesional. Kontrak selama 3 tahun dan tidak boleh keluar begitu saja. Akan kena penalty

      Avantages

      - friendly co-worker (dev only)

      Inconvénients

      - Very high pressure with not so good compensation. - Messy workflow. - They hire a mid-level devs but expect them to perform like seniors with salary of a mid-level devs. If you don't perform as they expect you to be, they will subjectively give you SP. - Bad communications across different teams.
