Avantages
Free Snacks. Customer Support and R+D are run by solid leaders who are well-respected by their teams. Open book company provides transparency into financials. "Free Parking" but that's not really a draw when your office is 2 miles from Williamson County. If the presence of scooters is a positive, then you're in luck because there are scooters!
Inconvénients
Hard to tell where to start. Talent is fleeing faster than you can say "Free Snacks". Most middle management has been let go or left of their own volition but on bad terms in the last 6-12 months. They will tell you they are hiring quickly because the company is growing, but the reality is that they can't hire fast enough to replace the vacant positions. C-level leadership (CEO, COO) are often petty, rude, misguided, and occasionally straight-up dishonest. They've made a big effort as an executive team to stop inter-office gossip but it hasn't worked because they keep providing so many things to gossip about. There's a lot more to be said about them, but I'm not sure it would meet Glassdoor's Community Guidelines. Sales team has some good new leadership but is bloated, and pretty unhappy. New Customer Success / Implementation leadership is laughably incompetent. Morale is incredibly low, but you'd never know that by talking to leadership because they've got survey after survey that say otherwise. I've never worked at a place that is so laser-focused on increasing employee satisfaction scores while wholly indifferent to actual employee satisfaction. PTO / benefits aren't that great compared to other companies in Austin. "Happy Hours" are really just an excuse for some to start binge drinking at an earlier hour.
