Avantages
peers were great. small local research company bought by Anthem. Things changed, management and corporate organization changed.
Inconvénients
the department i worked in had llittle to no back-up. This can be a pro and con. They did not have the staff or management to run the department. Many people had to pick up the pieces of those who left.
