      Avantages

      There are opportunities to learn and grow. People are willing to jump in and help. Colleagues are the best part of working at Health Edge.

      Inconvénients

      The constant mergers and reorganizations have had a significant toll on employee morale. High stress and threat of lay offs is constant. Culture can be described as corporate and lacks incentives to drive momentum. Changes to benefits or removal of benefits have increased employee dissatisfaction. If you seek job security or stability this is not the place for you.

      Avantages

      Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!

      Avantages

      Get to work with multiple clients/health care companies. Good exposure.

      Inconvénients

      Employees are overworked. Not enough resources to do a good job.

      Thank you for the feedback and honest review. Work-life balance is extremely important to us, to ensure our employees have time off and a personal life away from work. Sorry you felt overworked, but glad you saw the value in our customers and clients.
