I wish I could rate this company lower than one star because they deserve negative stars for their abhorrent treatment of employees. Working here is akin to signing a pact with the devil himself. Let's start with the most infuriating aspect: Untimely payment. It's as if getting paid on time is a luxury that only the elite are entitled to. Promises of outstanding money as arrears are dangled like carrots, yet when the time comes to deliver, they conveniently forget their commitments. At every month's end expect a mail from the CEO about salary to be credited in a couple of weeks that too partial and not full. And let's not forget about the Provident Fund debacle. They think they can get away with cheating their employees out of their hard-earned savings by manipulating Provident Fund contributions. It's despicable and downright criminal. Retention bonus? More like a mythical creature that exists only in fairy tales. Despite assurances and signed contracts, this company conveniently "forgets" about rewarding loyalty and dedication. It's a slap in the face to every employee who has poured their heart and soul into this sinking ship. As for work ethics, well, they seem to operate on the principle of "ethics be damned." The blatant disregard for basic decency and fairness is appalling. It's a toxic environment where moral compasses go to die. In conclusion, if you are not dying to get a job, don't join.
