3yHello there! We see that we've fallen short on giving you the best Team Member experience we aim for. We truly apologize for the same.
Allow me to address your grievances--
1. We offer each Team Member Flexible Hours as one of the benefits so as to give them the space to prioritize family with work. With WFH so prevalent, we want our Team Members to have this space to organize their day without feeling pressured into being micromanaged. The lack of a designated lunch hour comes from this belief.
2. Every team member when onboarded is given his KRA for the quarter/bi-annual. PIP exists for those Members who haven't been meeting their targets for a few months consequently. Please understand PIP is the last resort; there exists manager assistance + retraining for the member to pick up his performance way before PIP ever comes into place. When these don't work, we painfully have to introduce PIP.
3. Introducing new products is how any org survives. We are a startup org with our hearts dedicated to innovation & health. Change is synonym with our work. However, there exists no unrealistic expectation of our Team members picking up these changes swiftly in no time. That is precisely why we offer trainings & product awareness for our Team Members; mind we add, a thorough training, so that our members in sometime become aware of the direction we're heading to.
Having said the above, in no way we want to take away your experience from you. We understand that things might have not gone a certain way during your employment with us-- something that can hurt your satisfaction with us. We have taken a note of all that you said, and we will have a look at a more individual level so as to ensure our foundation runs the same across all levels.
Thankyou for being so honest about your experience.
