H+S has been my favourite place to work at to date. The people are incredible - all a hugely talented team who care so much for each other and support each other. There's a real community feel at H+S which I love and is so important to me. It's like everyone really has your back. There's a real focus on quality of life and making sure that people are working the right hours and with the right volume of work. We have amazing clients that we work with and there's a real sense of trust you to fulfil the work but always with support if you need it. There's great perks from bigger benefits like bonus and health care to monthly team get togethers and rewards. I feel so lucky to be a part of such an amazing team and working for a company that really cares about you.

As with any agency there's always quite a lot of processes in place. Could look to strip them back a bit. They are based in Wandsworth which isn't as easy to get to as central but they have a lot of storage needs.

I’ve been working at H+S for over 3 years and can honestly say it’s one of the best agencies I’ve worked at. The culture is by far the best I’ve experienced, it’s genuinely welcoming and such a fun environment to be part of. The care and energy that comes from leadership, and especially Kez, is leaps and bounds ahead of other agencies. They truly listen and want every person to achieve their best, making sure the team feels supported, looked after, and inspired. The endless perks and bonuses are really just the cherry on top. I’ve really enjoyed growing as a designer here and feel like my voice is heard, with my growth and development being a real priority. The projects and clients I’ve been lucky enough to work with have been such a surreal opportunity. I’d absolutely recommend Heaps + Stacks to anyone looking for a fast-paced, exciting agency role.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about the agency. There are regular opportunities to anonymously voice concerns, issues, or roadblocks, and I genuinely feel these are listened to and addressed. It’s really refreshing to be at an agency that truly puts its people first, creating an environment where you actually enjoy coming to work every day.
