      Avantages

      Great coworkers, management is direct and to the point which I liked, fun experiences, good pay, they offered really cool training opportunities, I learned a lot about beer, wine and spirits. You could win amazing work trips and meet a lot of awesome people you wouldn't have met as a regular consumer. Energetic and competitive atmosphere without feeling too cutthroat. You really feel like family with your team. Also you get plenty of free swag which is pretty sweet.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you would have to work an event on the weekend but they were usually pretty fun.

      Avantages

      Career advancement because everyone keeps leaving or getting fired? That's all I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership-CONTINUOUSLY tries to fix a problem they created with poor decisions with another poor decision. So very hard on employees. Have you running ragged. You are not a sales representative. You are a glorified merchandiser. Because of poor decisions by leadership, customers are very angry and take it out on you. Management puts so much fear of getting fired into the employees, you never feel grounded or stable. I haven't worked there in 6 months and still have stress dreams about that place. They DO NOT support their employees OR customers. It USED to be a great place to work that I would happily refer a friend to. If you dont want to hurt your mind and body, stay away.
