Avantages
The female employees were very sweet and helpful. TBH, I was interviewed by 4 different employees at HelloBody multiple times, and I was excited to work for this company until I met the CEO.
Inconvénients
The CEO was rude and on his phone the entire time during my interview. I asked questions about the job role to get a further understanding of the responsibilities and he laughed at me as if I were asking ridiculous questions. It made me so incredibly uncomfortable. They think they know everything about the US market and don't want to hire anyone with any real knowledge or input. If you want a robot job, go for it, but I wouldn't want to work in that toxic environment where I was not valued. The CEO is offended by any sort of constructive criticism or input. They want people to take orders and do tasks. If you're looking for a leadership role, look elsewhere.
They have a rigorous interview process.
They work from a community WeWork office space in Hollywood with no parking.
They expect you to be on call at all hours for the European teams.
They require you to complete lengthy assignments to demonstrate your knowledge of marketing campaigns (possibly to gather free ideas).
If you want to thrive in a role where your creative abilities are acknowledged and appreciated, don't work here.
