Turnover rate is extremely high. Most of the new staff will not work more than half year. No wonder you can see “many new positions” in the JD. And the JD is non-stop being posted in JobsDB or glassdoor. - Management knows turnover rate is high, but they have no improvement on it and cant improve it. 3. If we worked in mnc before, you must not accept this management style. If you worked in mean Hong Kong company, you will think this management style is acceptable.
