      Avantages

      Great schedule, money for college, paid holidays, 401k. Could be a great company in a few years.

      Inconvénients

      No room for growth. You are expected to be in a entry level position for years before you will be considered for any type of promotion. There are not many jobs available unless you are willing to relocate.

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Inconvénients

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
