      Avantages

      Lifelong friends made from coworkers and Customers. You have the opportunity to get the HERC equipment out there on tons of different jobsites that normally just have the competition. We definitely were the underdog when I started. We were becoming a household when I left.

      Inconvénients

      I never had the problem with meeting and exceeding my goals that were required of me daily, weekly or monthly. The "micromanaging leash" I was on was suffocating to say the least. The chance for me to grow from an employees point of view was completely limited because of my direct boss. No need in bashing anybody directly. I only wish the utmost best for my colleagues and friends.

      Avantages

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      Inconvénients

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Avantages

      I have to add five words but there are none

      Inconvénients

      Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
