Thanks for leaving a review. Since you left, we offer competitive hourly rates and offer incentives for referrals, clocking in/out streaks, birthdays and anniversaries. We also will compensate for hard to fill shifts!

The company really cares about employees and our seniors. From Caregivers to administrative staff, the culture is all about our seniors and creating a meaningful work experience.

Inconvénients

Nothing as of yet. We are growing. Sometimes we need to develop more process and structure.
