Inconvénients
From working in the factory there is definitely a divide between the office employees and the factory employees. The treatment of the 2 is definitely not the same. There is also a lot of special treatment for certain older female employees who can’t fully do their own jobs, so then it falls on other employees who don’t even work in their department to help them.
