- Lack of understanding of client dynamics from leadership. - Grave understaffing for some of the largest clients. - Constant pacification from leadership rather than conflict resolution. - Deliberate uneven assignment of work. If you are a strong employee, get ready for long nights and early mornings while its acceptable for others to not pull their weight. - Nepotism. Plain and simple. If you get into a certain "crowd" you have growth opportunity. If not, then you are the reason something went awry or a launching pad for someone else. - HUGE disconnect between leadership and front lines.
