Avantages
You will meet some really good and genuine people here and that may lead you to further opportunities. The pay is decent and they have given us 3 raises in the last 2 years i believe. Very diverse.
Inconvénients
Lack of consideration from management makes it difficult to want to come to work. Leadership lacks people skills and speaks to employees any kind of way. There’s a lot of miscommunication with leadership that makes it’s way to hourly associates and it causes confusion.
