      Avantages

      - Bonne infrastructure - Bonnes installations. - Bonne haute direction. - Excellent département de développement, les dirigeants sont neutres dans l'équipe de développement.

      Inconvénients

      - Le département QA est mal traité ici à cause du responsable de la pratique QA régional. - Ils ont embauché un responsable de la pratique QA régional qui ne sert à rien. - Le responsable de la pratique QA régional a rejoint l'entreprise pour favoritisme envers certains employés. - Les responsables QA n'ont aucun talent et ne pensent qu'à leur croissance. - Le responsable de la pratique QA se voit attribuer un projet uniquement pour ses favoris. - Le responsable de la pratique QA est assis dans sa cabine et profite de la climatisation sans rien faire. La direction le soutient, ce qui est vraiment étrange. - Dieu merci, je ne suis plus dans cette entreprise.

      Avantages

      Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

      Inconvénients

      TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
