Avantages
Good to join if you are unemployed. You can aim for a director even if you are a dropout or engineer with 5 yrs of backlog or any degree. Only criteria to succeed here is your should be good to surrender your self respect and bow down infront of illiterates.
Inconvénients
This is not a product based company rather a call center where where broken builds are pushed in production. Whatever designation you hold your work is only to coax customer on a call 24*7 and give them false assurance that product is indeed superb.
