Avantages
The people, the product and its massive potential, the ambition of the company's leaders that trickles down to the rest of the team, the opportunity to grow and move into new positions (startup life), the culture, and most importantly, the office dogs.
Inconvénients
Startups come with typical cons. It's extremely fast-paced, often times there aren't any processes in place - we may not have been there yet, which means you need to create the processes. There's a decent amount of uncertainty with the product (but this is also a pro, because you have the opportunity to mold it!)
