      Avantages

      Humach has a great group of people to enjoy working with, they provide you with everything you need to excel at your best of your abilities, They will be always there to answer your questions and they will understand in case you go through personal situations. They have a great community and the change to earn some extra $$ for answering questions in their platform. Overall its a great experience.

      Inconvénients

      The cost of working as a freelancer: no paid off time, You take care of paying your taxes, Multiple companies involved (1 company that issues the contract, then Humach and then the client they are working with), No a huge compensation when you get promoted.

      Avantages

      - Some of the team members are really great. The work can be fun. There are some very smart people about that you can build great relationships with.

      Inconvénients

      - Upper management has no solid strategy. They will gossip about you. They are dishonest and have low integrity. The CEO is totally in the clouds. They expect after hours unpaid. You will be micromanaged by people who provide little or no value to the company otherwise. You will not be appreciated for extra work, but you will be blamed if anything falls short. - The org structure makes zero sense. People will make more than you and have a higher title and have less responsibility or knowledge than you. - Benefits are not good.
