The management was truly interested in growing the skills of their employees and making them the best they possibly could! Always interested in getting you the training the employee thinks they should have or at least will partake in discussion about it.

The company; although part of Humanal; is not as in sync with the corporate office as it should be after owning LifeSynch for 5+ years now. It is getting better, but there are still a lot of barriers to this.
