- better pay than at my former employer - same distance from my home - better suited for my education level - the boss was nice
Inconvénients
- toxic work environment - hectic day. The only thing was set in stone were the weekly status reports with my boss. - they were packing up and moving to another location which was further from my home - no achievements and no help from fellow colleagues in the onboarding process. They were overloaded, and sometimes antagonistic - no internal system to share knowledge (at least I didn't have access to such things.)
